I5malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using i5malaysia's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the i5malaysia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all related policies published on this platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and i5malaysia as the platform operator.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. i5malaysia reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. i5malaysia is not liable for any consequences arising from underage individuals accessing the platform using false information during registration.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of i5malaysia services, you are required to register a valid personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by a third party who gained access through your negligence. Please contact the i5malaysia support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
I5malaysia reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time based on operational and compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an i5malaysia user, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from i5malaysia.
- Upload, submit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes on third-party rights.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with the platform's system security.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing a third party to use your account on your behalf.
I5malaysia reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, if any of the above rules are violated. In cases involving illegal activity, i5malaysia reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the i5malaysia platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using a third party's payment method without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Successful deposits that have been credited cannot be reversed once processed. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the procedures and timelines set by i5malaysia. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for security and legal compliance purposes. Any fees or charges imposed by payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
I5malaysia does not guarantee that transactions will always proceed without disruption due to technical issues, system maintenance, or problems on the payment provider's end. In such cases, i5malaysia will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
I5malaysia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
I5malaysia reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity.
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
- Registering multiple accounts under the same individual.
- Receipt of instructions from the relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a violation, i5malaysia reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the remaining balance in that account, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. Users agree not to bring any civil claim against i5malaysia for an amount exceeding the net deposits made in the 30 days preceding that claim.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the i5malaysia platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and interface design, is the property of i5malaysia or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any of this content without explicit written consent from i5malaysia.
The i5malaysia platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for the user's convenience and do not imply that i5malaysia endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. i5malaysia recommends that users read the terms and privacy policies of every third-party website they visit.
I5malaysia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
